I didn't know Charles very well beyond the friendly face who was always available for a quick chat at his beloved Southside Hustle car meets. His energy and enthusiasm was tangible though. Always with a smile on his face, Tuco on a leash and a camera in one hand, frantically trying to capture those precious, fleeting moments. My thoughts are with all of his loved ones. Charles will be missed.
